Our office manager, Ann, keeps everything running smoothly. She handles patient concerns and boards surgeries.

At the front desk, patients check in and pay co-pays or deductibles to Karen.

Our medical assistant, Kim, takes patients to their exam rooms.

After an appointment, Sue may schedule any necessary labs or testing.

On days where Kim is gone, Marge fills in with taking patients to their rooms, but she also handles insurance billing.
